Drumbeats of Africa short story

This published short story required me to distill complex social and personal challenges into a compelling and accessible narrative. The task was to communicate nuanced themes in a way that was both truthful and engaging for a broad audience.

This work honed my ability to understand and connect with a specific audience, a cornerstone of effective Instructional Design. Just as I crafted a narrative to resonate with readers, I apply the same principle of learner empathy to design training content that is relevant, engaging, and impactful for its intended audience.
